海流不息生態保育領袖計劃2019 Marine Conservation Leadership Program 20

這是一個由十五個本地組織攜手打造的領袖計劃，該計劃以配對方式令本地大學生與基層兒童在一同參觀和走訪不同的香港海洋生態地點；在培養香港大學生成為明日領袖的同時，亦讓基層兒童有機會親身接觸自然生態，產生多元的學習歷程。

為期4 天的「海流不息生態保育領袖計劃2019」，我們總共訓練 30 個大學生領袖，超過20 個基層孩子受惠，他們共同創作出 6 件大型蠔殼藝術作品以及 20 件個人蠔殼藝術作品。

This is an ecology conservation leadership program co-organised by fifteen local organizations. This program allows local University students and underprivileged children to visit different marine ecological sites in Hong Kong. It is not just train University students to be our future leaders , but also allows Children have the opportunity to experience the natural and learn about our environment.

During the four-day programme, we trained a total of 30 leaders and benefited more than 20 underprivileged children. They jointly created 6 large-scale oyster shell art works and 20 personal oyster shell art pieces .

o 讓青年及基層兒童參與生態旅遊並了解香港的海洋生態

o 讓基層兒童有接受多元化教育的機會，透過欣賞大自然及親身接觸，產生學習的動力和興趣

o Develop communication skills for young leaders, promote teamwork, and raise their attention to environmental conservation and social affairs

o Engage youth and underpreveliged children in ecotourism and understand the marine ecology of Hong Kong

o Give children an opportunity to receive diverse education, through the appreciation of nature and interaction with leaders, to generate motivation and interest in learning.
